Please place your order via our secure shopping cart (VIA THE LINK SHOWN ABOVE or On any of the relevant pages - see menu left or list of categories below) ~ after you have finished shopping, you will be taken to the Protx secure server, where you will be able to complete your transaction with one of the cards shown below.
I will then supply you with a black and white proof of your design for your approval, prior to engraving (with the exception of 'Standard Initial' and 'Standard Logo' designs which will go straight to the engraving stage.
Please do not submit your own custom designs for engraving without approval unless you are using one of our standard logo's or a standard initial design, (logos with extra text are fine). If you have your own design you would like engraving, please first send the artwork to us attached to an email for approval. All artwork must be in black lineart only, at a resolution of at least 300dpi. I can't get a very good engraving from a small design, about A4 size is wonderful. - See 'Design Your Own Wax Seal' for more instructions
To order a Family Crest / Scottish Clan Wax Seal, please place your order from the relevant page link to the shopping cart, this may be on the circular or Hexagon 1 Large Coin. If you are looking for a new crest design, please confirm we can do the artwork prior to placing your order. For Family names already shown on the site, you may choose any of our 'styles' to go with the shield design.
I will confirm all orders by email, proofs are supplied for all designs with the exception of standard logo designs requiring no adjustment and standard initial designs.
